By booking services with Style by Damo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT TERMS

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Client-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be permitted, and full payment will be forfeited
All payments are non-refundable; however, cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a credit toward future services
Credits do not expire and can be applied to any service offered

Stylist-Initiated Cancellations:

SESSION DURATION AND OVERTIME

Services are provided for the agreed-upon timeframe (half-day or full-day)
If your session exceeds the allotted time, additional hours will be billed at $100/hour
Overtime charges are due immediately following the session

TRAVEL POLICY

In-person services are available within the Southern California area
Services requiring travel beyond 12 miles from central Los Angeles incur a $50 travel fee
Travel fees are due at the time of booking

SHOPPING SERVICES

Shopping Together: Client is responsible for purchasing all clothing and accessories selected during joint shopping sessions
Personal Shopping (Client Not Present): Client must provide either:
- Physical credit card for in-store purchases, OR
- Credit card details for online purchases
Client is responsible for all purchase costs
Stylist is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds on items purchased

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Style by Damo provides styling advice and recommendations based on professional expertise and client preferences
Client acknowledges that:
- All styling decisions and purchases are ultimately the client's choice
- Stylist is not liable for damage to clothing or accessories during closet audits, styling sessions, or shopping trips
- Stylist is not responsible for client dissatisfaction with purchased items
- Results may vary based on individual body type, lifestyle, and personal preferences
Style by Damo's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT SHARING

All styling advice, materials, documents, and recommendations provided remain the intellectual property of Style by Damo
Clients may use advice and materials for personal use only
Clients may not share, reproduce, or distribute stylist's materials, advice, or content without express written consent
Photos or content from sessions may be used by Style by Damo for marketing purposes unless client opts out in writing

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide accurate information in pre-session questionnaires
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions (virtual or in-person)
Have wardrobe items accessible and organized for closet audit sessions
Communicate openly about style preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Client is responsible for providing a stable internet connection and functional video conferencing setup
Technical difficulties on the client's end do not constitute grounds for refund or rescheduling without the 24-hour notice requirement

PRIVACY

All client information, including personal details, measurements, and wardrobe inventories, will be kept confidential
Information will not be shared with third parties without client consent, except as required by law

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

[Your Business Name] reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
Clients will be notified of significant changes
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California

ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
