Refund Policy

By booking services with Style by Damo you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking

  • All major credit cards are accepted

  • Payments are non-refundable

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY​

Client-Initiated Cancellations/Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be permitted, and full payment will be forfeited

  • All payments are non-refundable; however, cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a credit toward future services

  • Credits do not expire and can be applied to any service offered

 

Stylist-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If Style by Damo must cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered:

  • The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, OR

  • A full credit to your account for future services

  • Credits do not expire and can be applied to any service offered
